Get in Touch for Menominee Records

Menominee County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot pull an official record, confirm whether a person is in custody or has been released, post bond, release anyone, or act for a court or detention facility. Contact the office that created or holds the record directly.

Official Menominee Record Routes

Start with the agency that created the record. Menominee County and tribal systems are distinct, and a phone call to the wrong one may not answer the question. The Sheriff has no separately published records-unit line, so use the office number during business hours for a county-Sheriff record question. For a written request, identify the existing record sought, the person’s name, a limited date range, any known incident or case number, and whether electronic or paper copies are preferred.

Menominee County Sheriff’s Office: W3269 Courthouse Lane, Keshena, WI 54135-0190. Mailing address: P.O. Box 190, Keshena, WI 54135-0190. Telephone: 715-799-3357. Office hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Published after-hours non-emergency dispatch: 715-799-3881.

Menominee Tribal Police Department: W3293 Wolf River Road, Keshena, WI 54135. Mailing address: P.O. Box 518, Keshena, WI 54135. Telephone: 715-799-3321. Use this route for a Tribal Police-created record, not a County Sheriff record.

Menominee Tribal Detention Facility: W3293 Wolf River Drive, Keshena, WI 54135. Telephone: 715-799-3592. The facility’s stated public rule permits a name-specific telephone confirmation of current presence only. Staff cannot provide charges, bond, release timing, or other information unless the caller is on the person’s release-of-information list.

State-court records: Wisconsin Circuit Court Access is the state-court path. The Menominee County Clerk of Courts is Delsy Kakwitch, 715-799-3313, at W3269 Courthouse Lane or P.O. Box 279, Keshena, WI 54135-0279. Weekday hours are 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 12:30–4:30 p.m. Tribal Court is separate and should be directed to the Menominee Tribal Court.

Wisconsin Public Records Law, Wis. Stat. §§ 19.31–19.39, is the county-record baseline. It does not create a fixed Menominee County photo fee or response time. Ask the specific custodian for a written estimate and its governing policy before assuming a cost, release rule, or timetable.
